- Building Acoustics
The whole field of designing a room's shape and
surface finishes so as to achieve a suitable acoustic response is very complex.
It is sometimes described as being more art than science; consequently a detailed
description of room acoustics would be too long to reproduce here. We will
consider the three of the most common factors only.
